Terms and conditions
- Open only to homeowners in the Hollyhock Benmore estate, one sign-up per home (44 homes in total).
- Sign-ups must be completed between 1 and 30 November 2026.
- The free month applies to the Fly.cool 1 Gig package only and covers the first month of subscription.
- Once the free month ends, the home may not downgrade to a lower Fly.cool package for a period of 6 months.
- Every qualifying sign-up receives the free month, the Truth Coffee gift and a free WiFi assessment, regardless of total uptake.
- The R25,000 Homeowners Association contribution is paid only if at least 36 homes (80% of 44) sign up by 30 November 2026 and every one of those signed-up homes has paid its first payment — the first payment due after the free month.
- If fewer than 36 homes sign up, or if any signed-up home has not paid its first payment after the free month, all individual benefits still apply, but Fly.cool will not make the HOA contribution.
- The R25,000 is paid to the Homeowners Association for estate security, not to individual homeowners.
- Fly.cool contributes 5% of each Hollyhock Benmore subscriber's monthly spend, on any package, to the HOA security fund for as long as that home remains an active, paid-up subscriber. No contribution is made on the free month.
- The WiFi assessment is free. Access points, Cat6 cabling or other installation work are optional and quoted separately.
- The Truth Coffee gift is not exchangeable for cash.
